TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and, particularly, to the electors of the Arrowhead Fire Protection District of
Gunnison County, Colorado.

Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the Arrowhead Fire Protection District for the ensuing year 2025. A copy of such proposed budget may be examined or obtained for public inspection at the Arrowhead fire station located at 2069 Spruce Road, Cimarron, Colorado 81220 or at our website.

Join us Saturday, September 7 from 7:00 - 10:00 a.m. at the Fire House for eggs, bacon, pancakes, turkey sasusage, coffee, juice, and fruit. Adults eat for $7, kids ages 3 to 12-years-old are $4 and under 3 are free. All proceeds benefit the Arrowhead Volunteer Fire Department.

Thank you to all the community members who showed up today to have their extinguishers checked and learn about this important piece of equipment. Thank you to Fire Fighter John for all your knowledge on the subject. We will do this again in the future.

The public health and safety of our Arrowhead residents is our number #1 priority, and we are working diligently to keep up with this rapidly and ever-changing situation with the County, State and Federal agencies.

A copy of such proposed budget may be examined or obtained for public inspection at the Arrowhead fire station located at 2069 Spruce Road, Cimarron, Colorado 81220 or at our website. That such proposed budget will be considered at a Special Meeting of the Arrowhead Fire Protection District Board of Directors to be held on Friday, December 8, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.

Whereas the Board of Directors of the District is authorized to cancel the election by resolution and declare candidates elected at the close of business on the sixty-third before the election to be conducted on May 2, 2023; and

Whereas, the Board of Directors has duly certified that there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates,

Notice is hereby given by the Arrowhead Fire Protection District, Gunnison County, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third day before the election, there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on May 3, 2022, is hereby canceled pursuant to section 1-13.5-513(6) C.R.S.
